We’ve worked with Apple to secure an exemption on fees so the only fees applicable to donations are credit card and processing fees which we will continue to work with providers to keep as low as possible!

Charitabl. works with Giving Guide to ensure all charities that are featured on the app are reputable and trustworthy. To be on the app a charity must be registered with the ACNC, have their reporting up to date and be active in the last 12 months.
Charitabl. is like any other charity. We want to make sure that your donation has the most impact possible and is used where and how you want it to be. Where we’re a little different though is that if for some reason we’re unable to get your donation to the nominated charity we will first try and return it to you, so you are able to re-direct it to someone else. If we can’t reach you will re-direct it to a charity in the same category or line of work as your original donation and if that fails, we will include it in theCharitable Fund and distribute it. We want to make sure that you are in control and that if your donation can’t reach its destination then it is given back to you to use again.
Yes and no! It depends on the tax status of the charity you would like to donate to. Each charity page indicated whether or not giving to them is tax deductible, so you can double check before you make your donation.
Yes, at the end of Financial Year you will be sent an Annual giving statement that includes all of your giving for the previous financial year. Thus will include dates, amount and destination of your donations.
Charitabl. is free for all charities, however, if charities would like to access bonus features, they need an active subscription. If you’d like to start a charity subscription contact support@charitabl.org for pricing.
Charitabl. asks Charities to subscribe to the platform to be able to unlock features and stay in touch with their donors. Our heart is not to steal donors or take them away from charities. We want to make sure the charity and user are kept close together. Our hope is that charities will subscribe to keep this service going.
